Brunchin’ @ TownHall

Let me start by saying this:

I have NEVER been to a spot for Brunch where it was packed from wall to wall, literally.

In addition to a line out the door with hostesses asking guests to hang around the bar area to allow for an easy flow at the entrance.

Get that?

Welcome to TownHall!

Located in Ohio City, with guests of the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Townhall offers a 100% non-GMO menu just because they believe it is the right thing to do.

Simple as that.

Due to how busy they were for Saturday Brunch, Kia and I had to wait about an hour to be seated.

We also thought we would miss Brunch as it was getting close to 2pm.

Luckily, a table freed up and all of our worries came to an end.

We quickly browsed the menu for our selections before the cut off time for Brunch options.

We started off with one of their organic and cold pressed juices.

(Completely forgot the name)

You can tell the difference between organic and processed foods.

This juice was very refreshing and not too sweet, which was perfect for me.

I had never heard of Paleo Coconut Pancakes, yet alone of the Paleo Diet.

I was intrigued and decided to give the Pancakes a shot!

They looked so appetizing.

I couldn’t really taste the paleo coconut flour but could definitely tell the difference.

The fruit was fresh but what I loved even more was the cinnamon butter and the ohio syrup.

Just imagine a combination of all the dish’s elements in your mouth.

It was a treat!

Kia requested the Huevos Rancheros, which she swore were amazing.

However, she was not impressed this time and stated they were not as good as she remembered.

WHOMP. WHOMP. WHOMP.

She was really disappointed.

That’s the thing, as busy as they were, they were probably concerned with getting the food out to the tables and with that, quality sometimes goes out the window.

Kia was also craving meat so we shared the Townhall Burger, which was a hit!

Again, you could taste the freshness of this unprocessed meat.

The burger was amazing and if I knew it was this good, this would have been #1 pick.

You have to have it if you ever stop by.

I would’ve loved to try their Crepes but honestly, there was no room in my tummy for more food.

I think all in all we did enjoy our food.

They have a really nice patio that I loved and could only imagine the setting and ambiance at night with the lighting I noticed they had.

The hostess service was OK but our server made up for it.

She was lovely (can’t remember her name either).
